• Translator, foreign counterparty or representative of an intermediary company accompanying the hunter / hunters pays for food and accommodation, in accordance with the Travel order in the country.
• Accompanying person pays full board. For children up to 7 years, hunters are not charged for accommodation and the food. Children between 7 and 14 years old are charged 50% of the price of the accommodation and the food.
• All additional services are subject to negotiation.
• A hunt request is deemed to be confirmed when services are prepaid at the rate of 30% at the latest 10 days before the hunt.

• Approved prices include VAT.
• The commissions (discounts) for brokerage firms outside the territory of the country are up to 15% of the agreed gross prices.
• The reserve ensures up to 15% accuracy when shooting the claimed trophy / does not apply to wild boar /. When the guaranteed accuracy difference is above 15%, the hunter may refuse to acquire the trophy and therefore shall not pay for it.
• Trophies of red deer, fallow deer and roe deer are paid on a weight basis, measured 24 hours after processing. In cases where this time limit cannot be met, up to 5% are deducted from the trophy weight.
• Red deer trophies with a score of more than 250 points, fallow deer over 200 points, roe deer over 160 points, mouflon over 230 points and wild boar with over 140 points, determined by CIC are not exported from the country until the expiration of 6 months from the shooting.
• For wounded and not found game of all species of BIG GAME (except for group hunting of wild boar), 50% of the price of the killed game (for the trophy according to the request) is paid.
• In case of group hunting, if there is no single shot during the day, the organizational price for the respective day is not paid.
• A missed shot is not paid by the hunter but is recorded in the hunting permit for the relevant day and the payment protocol.
